What StackConvert Is

StackConvert is a free set of browser-based tools for converting and working with files. That includes image format conversion (JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, HEIC/HEIF, TIFF, BMP, GIF, ICO, SVG), resizing, Base64 encoding/decoding, and metadata extraction. It also includes PDF tools (merge, split, compress, reorder, Word to PDF, images to PDF), JSON utilities (viewer, editor, diff), QR code generation, timezone and Unix timestamp converters, ZIP file creation, and bcrypt hash generation.

Acceptable Use

Use StackConvert for lawful purposes only. Do not upload illegal or copyrighted content you do not have permission to use, try to reverse engineer or compromise the site, distribute malware, deliberately overload the infrastructure, or violate any applicable laws.

Privacy and Data Processing

Intellectual Property

The site itself - its design, code, and original content - belongs to StackConvert and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. The files you process are yours and always remain yours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

StackConvert is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep everything working well, but we cannot make guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

StackConvert is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from using the site, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

File Quality and Accuracy

We aim for accurate conversions, but we cannot guarantee perfect results every time. Some format conversions may involve quality loss depending on the source file. Always keep backups of your originals and verify that converted files meet your needs before relying on them.

Service Availability

You keep full ownership of every file you process through StackConvert.
