When to Reach Out

If something is not working the way you expect, let us know. Bug reports help us fix problems faster, especially when you include which tool you were using, what file type you were working with, and what browser you are on. The more detail, the quicker we can track it down.

Feature requests are welcome too. A lot of the tools on StackConvert exist because someone asked for them. If there is a file format we do not support yet, a workflow that could be smoother, or a tool you wish existed, we want to hear about it.

For general questions about how a tool works, you might find the answer faster on our blog - we have written guides for most of the tools available on the site. But if you cannot find what you need there, the form above works just as well.

What to Expect

We try to respond within a day or two. If your message is about a bug, we will usually look into it before replying so we can give you a real answer instead of a generic "we are looking into it" response. For feature requests, we will let you know whether it is something we can realistically add and roughly when.

StackConvert is a free collection of browser-based file conversion tools. Most of the processing happens right on your device - your files do not get uploaded to a server. The site covers image conversion, PDF tools, JSON utilities, QR code generation, and a handful of other things people need regularly but do not want to install software for.
